Property Preservation

Property preservation is usually broken up into three parts: securing the vacant property, initially preserving the property, and providing ongoing maintenance to the property. All hazards of a vacant property are taken care of, and reports are generated with supporting documentation, photos, and details.

  • Re-Keying and securing a property
  • Boarding to prevent vandalism
  • Board-ups as requested by client or as required
  • Eviction lockouts
  • Personal property and debris removal
  • Preparation for sale or conveyance
  • Initial janitorial and landscape services
  • Winterization / Snow removal
  • Safety repairs
  • Vacant property registration
